A Case of Juvenile Granulosa Cell Tumor of Ovary

Abstract
|
|
|
Over 80% of the granulosa cell tumors are encountered in women over 40 years of age only about 5% before the age of normal puberty.
Approximately 90% of the prepubertal tumors $ many of those found in women under the 30 years of age have districtive histologic features that differ from of the typical granulosa cell tumors encountered in older women.
A Case of 13 years old nulliparous women who has a juvenile granulo9sa cell of ovary is presented with brief review of literatures.
